The Rutherford County Tourism Development Authority and its partners are working to provide for extensive enhancements along the Thermal Belt Rail Trail . These enhancements will include public art, gateways inviting users to different communities along the trail, pocket parks, and more.
The project is in the design phase and a comprehensive master plan will be complete in 2021.
There are extensive opportunities for giving that would support new public art, landscaping, pocket parks, and site furnishing along the trail.
