The Phase 2 Streetscape Project in Chimney Rock includes a section of Main Street near the entrance to Chimney Rock State Park. New sidewalks, street trees, decorative lighting, and vehicle parking are all included in this exciting plan which also proposes outdoor dining areas and enhanced crosswalks. These enhancements will encourage longer visitor stays and help support the local economy.

Project Status

Chimney Rock leaders have begun preliminary work on this phase and conceptual designs have been developed. The exact location of the Phase 2 improvements is being determined while the Village actively seeks funds for the engineering and construction elements of the project.

Opportunities for Giving

To complete the entire Chimney Rock Village streetscape plan multiple phases of development will be required. Donations of all sizes are welcome and will help support the funding of elements such as trees, benches, and lighting.
