Situated in one of North Carolina’s most unique lake settings, The Town of Lake Lure has implemented a series of exciting enhancements to benefit both locals and visitors. New boat slips and an accompanying boardwalk were installed to help visitors enjoy the lake's breathtaking beauty. Expanded trails provide access to previously unreachable areas for hikers, mountain bikers, and climbers, while the upcoming improvements to Morse Park will serve as a vibrant public gathering space.
