Rutherford Bound aims to connect the many natural resources and community assets found throughout Rutherford County. Additional recreational opportunities and related business development along the County’s growing trail network will help elevate the region as a thriving outdoor recreation hub and tourism destination. Countywide projects include improvements and enhancements to the Thermal Belt Rail Trail and Broad River Paddle Trail designed to attract visitors and foster economic growth while enriching the community experience for all.
