The Legacy Soccer Park will be located at 520 Piney Ridge Road in Forest City and will featurea championship-grade artificial turf soccer field, five natural turf fields, two mini urban soccerpitches, and numerous other associated amenities and support facilities that will transform the57-acre site into an extraordinary community asset., Before, After, Rutherford County decision makers and local community leaders say that Legacy Soccer Parkis a testament to the collaborative spirit of Rutherford County, the Town of Forest City, and eachof their partners. The RHI Legacy Foundation, North Carolina Legislative officials, theRutherford County Tourism Development Authority, the Town of Forest City Council and theRutherford County Board of Commissioners have all contributed to make this possible. Specialappreciation is also owed to the Rutherford County Soccer Association and the RutherfordCounty and Forest City Planning and Parks & Recreation departments. This project is currently under construction.
