The Rutherford County Tourism Development Authority, in collaboration with its partners, is working to implement significant enhancements along the Thermal Belt Rail Trail throughout the county. These improvements will feature public art, welcoming gateways, enhanced aesthetics, additional landscaping, pocket parks, and more, all designed to encourage visitors to explore the communities along the trail.
